The Map of Your Perfect Sunday
How to Plan the Rest That Truly Recharges You

For you who wants Monday not to feel like a battle from the first minute:
A Sunday well lived isn't the one with the most plans or the one with none at all. It's the one with the right balance between what nourishes you, what clears you out, and what prepares you. Today we're not talking about "doing nothing." We're talking about doing what's essential so your week starts from fullness, not from deficit.
I propose a map with three territories. Your mission is to spend some time in each one.
The three territories of a restorative Sunday:
The Body Territory (Nourish):
This is the space to move in a way that isn't an obligation. A walk without a destination. Some stretches on the floor while listening to music. A warm bath with salts. The key question is: What does my physical body need to feel cared for, not just used? It's not a workout. It's care in motion. The Mind Territory (Clear):
This is the space to tidy up the inside. It can be literal: tidying a drawer, watering the plants. Or it can be mental: writing down three things to let go of from the ending week, planning the new week in 15 minutes (without anxiety), or reading something unrelated to your work. The key question is: What can I have ready or release so my mind starts the week with free space? The Heart Territory (Connect):
This is the space for what brings you joy for no reason. A call with someone who makes you laugh. Cooking something just because you feel like it. Watching a movie that moves you. Playing an instrument. Playing. The key question is: What would make me feel more connected to what I love about life?
How to chart your map today (it's easier than it seems):
You don't have to fill hours. 20-30 minutes dedicated to each territory is enough. The key isn't duration, it's clear intention.
Morning: Choose something from the Body Territory.
Afternoon: Choose something from the Mind Territory.
Evening: Choose something from the Heart Territory.
Don't let Sunday happen to you. You happen to your Sunday by walking through these three places. By the end of the day, you'll have done something more important than resting: you'll have restocked on three different levels.
Quality rest isn't passivity. It's conscious action toward your own well-being. When you invest in these three territories, Monday doesn't find you empty. It finds you with resources.
Wishing you a deeply restorative Sunday and a week that begins from fullness.
Monday (Next week):
We'll begin with "Your Monday's First Minute: The Ritual That Changes Your Whole Day." A 60-second practice to start off on the right foot.
