For you, who experience Sunday afternoon as both a sweet and bitter farewell:

Sunday isn't the prelude to the week. It's the epilogue of tranquility. Its final task isn't to fill the calendar with anxiety, but to calmly sow the seeds for the days ahead. So that Monday finds you not empty, but with a handful of clear and positive intentions.

The Ritual of the Calm Gardener (20 minutes as evening falls):

Closing the Ending Cycle (5 minutes): Take a sheet of paper. Write: "The week that is ending has given me this:" and note three things, be they successes, lessons learned, or simply moments that were worthwhile. Don't analyze. Be grateful. Then write: "And I take this with me:" and note one quality (patience, strength, humor) that you discovered in yourself. Fold the paper. It's your baggage.

Choosing the Seeds, Not the Fruits (10 minutes): On a fresh sheet of paper, think about the coming week. Don't ask, "What do I have to do?" Ask, "How do I want to feel next Sunday?" From that answer, draw two or three simple intentions. They aren't tasks ("write the report"), they are directions ("approach the project with clarity"). Write them down. They are your seeds: small, vital, full of potential.

The Gesture of Planting and Trusting (5 minutes): Place the new leaf (your seeds) where you will see it on Monday morning. Take the folded leaf (your baggage) and put it in a drawer. Place both hands on your heart and breathe. You have done your part. You have closed one cycle and consciously prepared for the next. Now let go. The rest of Sunday is yours. The week will grow on its own when its time comes.

Why this sowing is an act of self-love:

Because you are replacing reactive worry ("I have so much to do!") with proactive preparation ("this is what I choose to bring"). You give your brain a clear map and reduce the anxiety surrounding Monday's "unknown." You honor your peace by protecting it from the invasion of the future.

For this Sunday and all Sundays:

The best way to take care of your week is to take care of your Sunday. Sow gently, trust the process, and immerse yourself once more in the gift of the present moment.

May your sowing be peaceful and your trust full. Everything is ready.

"Bienestar".
